PowerGrid Solution is an electrical engineering firm from Iasi, specialised in the design of distribution and transmission grids, photovoltaic plants and storage systems. We carry electrical infrastructure projects from the solution study and the connection approval through to the technical design and the building permit, in a single place, with technical responsibility owned end to end.

We cover the entire technical flow of a grid connection project: solution studies and obtaining the ATR, coexistence studies, technical designs (PTh), documentation for the building permit (DTAC/AC), photovoltaic (PV) and storage (BESS) design on medium and high voltage, system calculations and mechanical calculations for overhead power lines. For the client, that means a single partner from start to finish.

PowerGrid Solution holds the company attestation Atestat ANRE D1 nr. 22387/23.09.2024 for the design of overhead and underground power lines at standardised nominal voltages. The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
The specialists' personal authorisations are presented separately from the company attestation, so that every document and every holder is easy to identify.

Technical responsibility
We only sign what we have checked. A mistake on our side does not mean an unhappy client, it means real risk next to an electrical installation. That is why we never skip a check, however tight the deadline.
People who learn from one another
Experienced engineers invest time in the younger ones. We document what we do, because the craft is passed on.
Ties with academia
We keep close ties with the academic community in Iasi and are preparing joint initiatives with Universitatea Tehnică "Gheorghe Asachi" din Iași (TUIASI).
