2. Purpose of using the website

The website is informational in nature and presents the electrical grid engineering services provided by PowerGrid Solution. The website is not an online shop and does not allow distance contracts to be concluded or electronic payments to be made.

Through the contact form, the user may submit a request for a quotation or a request for information. Submitting a request does not constitute acceptance of an offer and does not oblige the company to conclude a contract. Any contractual relationship is established in writing, through separate documents signed by the parties concerned.

3. Intellectual property rights

The entire content of the website, including the texts, photographs, illustrations, technical diagrams, the name PowerGrid Solution, the logo, the trademarks and the visual identity elements belong to the company or have been obtained under licences of use. They are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by the Romanian and European legislation applicable to trademarks.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, with reference to Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Law no. 8/1996 on copyright, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and the related normative acts in force at the date the website is used.

Any disputes arising from the use of the website are settled amicably. Failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction lies with the courts having material jurisdiction in the municipality of Iasi.
